Splash of Color is a full-service residential interior paint and design contractor based out of Carmel Valley, San Diego. We are fully licensed with the State of California (#895349), bonded, insured and service areas within an approximately 25 minute radius from Carmel Valley, San Diego. Our southern-most boundary is the 8 and 15 freeway.
