As a horticulture and landscape instructor, Wayne has helped thousands of consultants and green industry professionals grow and advance their careers. Since teaching his first ornamental horticulture class in 1978 at Fullerton College, Cal Poly Pomona, and U.C. Irvine, he has proud served as a board member for the Southern California Xeriscape Committee, the California Park and Recreation Society, and the American Society of Irrigation Consultants.
